Civil Engineer (Christchurch)

We have an immediate opportunity for an Intermediate/Senior Civil Engineer. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience in land development engineering and a strong knowledge of AutoCAD civil 3D and Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will also have proven experience in the civil engineering design for subdivisions and other land development projects.

You will be reporting directly to the Engineering Director and working within our small but established engineering team.

Junior Planner (Christchurch) 

We are looking for a Junior Planner (0-2) years’ experience to join our senior team in the Christchurch office. This role will include preparing resource consent applications, undertaking site assessments to establish development potential, prepare and progress consents and other non-RMA applications through the Council’s planning process, prepare feasibility assessments, liaise with clients and maintain a high level of client service, and provide ad hoc town planning advice as and when needed.

You will be reporting directly to the Planning Director. We offer a competitive Salary, depending on experience.

Intermediate/Senior Planner (Marlborough)

Baseline Group Marlborough is our Blenheim office, offering the same suite of services to our clients at the top of the Mainland. We are seeking an experienced Planner (Intermediate – Senior) to help develop our Blenheim based planning team. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience, and will also have proven experience with client communication and liaison. The role will be for 20 – 40 hours per week depending on the applicant, and can be flexible to accommodate school holidays if need be.

You will be reporting directly to the Marlborough Director and will prepare resource consent applications, and other similar documentation as needed to meet our client requirements.
